Josh Davey

President

Josh, originally from Minnesota, has proudly called Colorado home for over two decades. His journey at Davey Coach Sales began humbly in the wash bay, and over the years, he ascended through the organization, gaining invaluable experience across all departments. Josh's extensive and diverse industry knowledge, coupled with his commitment to fostering a strong company culture through core value implementation, has been instrumental in driving Davey Coach Sales to remarkable company-wide success.

Outside of work, Josh and his wife are devoted parents to four children - two girls and two boys - with whom they are deeply involved. Josh finds joy in a range of activities including watching and participating in various sports, hunting, fishings, and exploring new destinations through travel.

Michael Sheridan

Chief Operating Officer

Michael has built and led cross-functional teams in the commercial vehicle industry for more than two decades. In his current role, he leads efforts on strategic leadership, innovation, and operational excellence with a keen focus on the very best experience our customers desire. Michael and his wife have two children who are currently attending college. His family enjoys travel and all Colorado outdoor activities.

Keith Gibson

Chief Information Officer

Keith made the leap from his native Arizona to Colorado in 2003. Since 2007, he's made significant contributions across various departments including graphics, sales, leasing, and service. His wealth of insights and experience have propelled him to his current role, dedicated to improving technology, optimizing information flow, and refining process solutions across the company.

Outside of work, Keith fully embraces the outdoor lifestyle typical of Coloradans, including hiking, camping, and river rafting. He also finds time to nurture his musical side through his ongoing passion for the electric bass guitar, amongst other instruments. Whenever possible, Keith loves to travel with his family, seeking new adventures and experiences.

Brian Zappanti

Director of Operations

Brian has been an invaluable asset in the growth and development of the Davey Coach Service team since 2011. With a robust background in automotive diagnostics and repair, he honed his expertise at a prominent Colorado Ford dealership before bringing his extensive knowledge to Davey Coach. His progressive experience and certifications serve as a solid foundation for his leadership and success within our organization.

Jason Westall

California General Manager

Jason W. is a veteran of the transportation industry who has passionately provided a high level of customer service to a wide array of clientele across the globe during his 16 year tenure in the field. Whether it be personally rolling main bearings in remote places or intentionally guiding a team of professionals in the office, Jason lives to serve his customers' needs. This attitude acts as a foundation in which Jason has constructed our California branch atop.

Erika Hill

Human Resources Director

Erika brings over a decade of experience as a Human Resources professional to Davey Coach where she plays a pivotal role in cultivating and upholiding our organizational culture rooting in core values. She excels in nuturing relationships with strategic business partners and employees alike. Outside of work, Erika channels her passions into event planning, volunteering within the Veteran community, and cherishing moments with her husband and two sons.

Jason Kleve

Chief Financial Officer

Jason is a CPA who brings 30 years of finance and 15 years of dealership experience to the team at Davey Coach. He is passionate about providing accessible financial support to all levels of the organization. Jason and his family are enthusiastic musicians and currently perform with the Thornton Community Band.
